Summary
New this year… Up to 3 DECI member businesses will be allowed to set-up a booth in Phoenix Park alongside Tangled Up in Hue’s Artist Market of Eau Claire which is held from 7:30 to 1 pm every Saturday in Phoenix Park from June 15th, 2024 – September 7th 2024.
This event runs directly along-side the Downtown Farmer’s Market and sees anywhere from 1000 – 5000 visitors / event.
What this means for you! Even though you might have a Brick and Morter Downtown business, DECI's Downtown Market allows you the opportunity to meet with the community in a unique way, gain exposure to your business, and promote and sell your products and services.
This event is free and open to the public. Vendor booth fee is $50 / event date.
Event Details:
This event is rain or shine and no refunds will be given for cancellations, no shows, or weather related incidents.
All participants must provide their own shade (10x10 tent), tables, and displays.
Absolutely no food truck or farmer's market food vending allowed (per the contract with the Downtown Farmer's market)
Set up is from 6 am to 7:30 am with all booths required to complete set-up by this time (unless delayed by weather)
Event operation hours are 7:30 am - 1 pm
Tear down must be completed by 2 pm
Vendors must pull up and unload their products and displays, then move their vehicle off of Riverfront Terrace
DECI businesses are allowed to sign-up for a total of 5 dates per season with the option of additional dates if openings are available. (You will be contacted thru email for these opportunities)
Confirmation emails with booth assignment, maps, and event details will be sent out to approved vendors by 2 pm the Friday before the event date to allow for last minute reservations.
DECI staff should be notified of any cancellations as soon as possible.
